SEBOCC LLC is an entertainment and production company established to support the performance, producing, and creative ventures of Elliott Cornelious (professionally known as) E. Clayton Cornelious.

With a Broadway career spanning more than 28 years, Cornelious began his journey as a professional actor before expanding into theatrical investing and producing in 2018. He has since become a 2-time Tony Award® nominated producer, building a career that bridges performance, producing, investment, and live entertainment.

SEBOCC LLC's current investing/producing portfolio includes: Magic Mike Live-NYC, The Who’s Tommy Tour, Spamalot Tour, Hadestown, MJ – The Musical, and Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil.

Cornelious is also the creator and lead producer of HITCity, a new live concert series that expands SEBOCC LLC's footprint beyond traditional Broadway producing.

Through SEBOCC LLC, Cornelious continues to develop a portfolio at the intersection of commercial theatre, live entertainment, and new creative ventures.
